What You'll Do:
- Handle financial activities such as AR collection, GIRO application/bulk collection, Statement of Accounts, refunds etc
- Assist in the timely and accurate preparation of financialreports and reconciliation to external stakeholders
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on finance/payment matters
- Plan, test, monitor and carry out UATs for system changes / projects / initiatives
- Constantly review and streamline work processes for better efficiency and improve productivity
- Undertake any ad hoc duties as and when assigned
What You'll Need:
- Diploma from a recognised institution with at least 2 years of ARexperience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Hands-on experience in using ERP software is required (Skybill will be advantageous)
- Experience in accounts receivables and reconciliation is required
- Advance proficiencyin Excel on pivot tables, formula is required
- Organized, meticulous and willingness to learn
- Possess good communication, interpersonal and analyticalskills with the ability to work independently and a proactive team player
- Highly committed with the ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
