Responsibilities
- Manage daily processing and accounting for all accounts payable and receivable.
- Record and maintain financial transactions using accounting software.
- Monitor overdue payments and arrange timely payments to vendors.
- Assist with the preparation of delivery orders and invoices.
- Support audit processes and GST filing.
- Ensure management reporting deadlines are met.
- Conduct account reconciliations.
- Participate in monthly stock-taking activities.
- Perform any other duties as assigned on an ad-hoc basis.
Requirements
- A Diploma in Accountancy or a Degree in Accounting is required.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills are essential.
- High proficiency in SAP and MS Excel is necessary.
- Must be available to start work immediately.
