- To manage daily operations, box office ticketing management, monthly budget and staff work schedule for Harry Potter's project at Resort World Sentosa (RWS).
- To lead and manage a team of Operations Executives, Full Time and Part Time Hosts.
- To support in planning and hosting VIPs and protocol requirements for NEON & RWS requirement.
- To work closely with RWS Operations Team and various key stake holders to ensure seamless guest experience.
- To work closely with Production and Technical Team to ensure all AVL equipments are in good working conditions for daily opening and after closing follow up actions.
- To work closely with Retail Team to support their photo operations,and merchandising opportunities.
