Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Previous experience in dormitory management, facilities management, or a related field.
· Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle emergencies and crisis situations calmly and effectively.
· Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
