- Provide constructive feedback on sales strategies in the store of his/her responsibilities.
- Exemplary in conduct, possess self- motivation and high discipline to excel in performance
- Accountable and responsible for the day-to-day effective and efficient operations of the assigned store
- Responsible to team building and assist in training the team to acquire the skills and competency levels required in the job
- Coach and counsel the team for corrective behavior personally to maximize the performance of every retail team member
Job Requirement
- At least 3 years of retail management experience
- Adaptable and a fast learner with client centric mentality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Must be able to work retail shift hours including weekends & public holidays
