My client is seeking Telemarketer to support promoting their office devices such as laptops & etc for companies
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided scripts and leads.
• Introduce and explain our products/services to potential customers.
• Answer questions and address concerns of potential customers.
• Persuade customers to purchase products/services or to schedule a meeting with a sales representative.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the system
• Handle rejection in a positive manner and remain motivated to make calls throughout the day.
• Provide feedback on call scripts and customer responses to help improve our processes.
Qualifications
• Training will be provided, added advantage for those with sales, marketing, or related field experience.
• Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resilience and ability to handle objections and rejections effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
