The Head Of Performance Management will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the performance management system, with a particular focus on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and a passion for driving organizational performance and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
OKR Implementation and Management:
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of the OKR framework across the organization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment of OKRs with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Train and coach managers and employees on the OKR methodology, ensuring understanding and effective usage.
Performance Management:
- Develop and manage a comprehensive performance management system that aligns with the company’s goals and values.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance management processes, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct performance reviews, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyse, and report on performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Develop dashboards and performance reports for senior leadership to inform decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all performance management systems.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with other departments line managers & HODs to ensure alignment of performance management initiatives with Company's overall strategies.
- Facilitate regular communication and feedback loops between managers and employees.
- Promote transparency and accountability through clear communication of performance expectations and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Rewards Manager or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of OKR methodology.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in performance management software and tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in OKR or performance management is a plus
- Experience in change management and organizational development.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in performance management.
