Customer Service and Academy Co-ordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Administrative Assistant. As a key member of our academy, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and supporting our team to deliver exceptional programs and events.


Responsibilities:

· Handle lesson enquiries and respond to customers in a timely and professional manner

· Coordinate group lesson times and liaise with parents and coaches

· Book students in with coaches through our academy booking system

· Engage with club members and guests at the driving range to promote programs and the academy

· Coordinate with finance for customer payments, invoicing, and posting/reconciling credit card sales

· Take student payments, create invoices, and record sales

· Maintain accurate student package records on our academy booking system

· Generate and update customer database lists for marketing purposes

· Follow up with students to ensure their experience is exceptional


Requirements:

· Positive demeanor with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

· Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing (email and text)

· High level of initiative, driven, and attention to detail

· Efficient at planning, prioritizing, organizing, and executing tasks

· Able to deal with customers in a tactile, friendly, and confidential manner

· Availability to work 6 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays

· Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

· An interest in sports, ideally golf, will be an advantage but is not required
