Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Retail
- Position Title: Sales Leader / Sales Team Leader
- Working Location: Island Wide
- Working Hours: 5 days (10.00 pm – 7.00 pm)
- Able to work on Weekends
- Salary Package: Commission-Based
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote products to customers at outdoor sales events, explaining features and benefits to encourage purchases.
- Greet customers and promote what each customer wants and promote our unique selling points
- Strive to meet or exceed sales goals set by the company or the store.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the products being promoted.
- Collect customer feedback and share it with the Manager.
- Work closely with other Sales Leaders to ensure a positive sales environment.
