Job Description
- Update electronic accounting record via excel or accounting software in use
- Responsible for the month end closing process and produce monthly and quarterly financial reports for management purposes
- Assist the Accounts Manager/Assistant Accounts Manager/Senior Accounts Executive in the preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards at the end of the financial year
- Assist the Accounts Manager/Assistant Accounts Manager/Senior Accounts Executive in the preparation of consolidated data
- Preparation of audit schedules for the auditors
- Liasing with auditors and responding to any queries
- Paying arrangement for clients
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of relevant working experiences in professional firms
