Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Prepares and serves beverages with a focus on customer service and attention to detail/presentation of each order.
- Adheres to proper handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintains appropriate dating, labelling, and rotation of all beverage items.
- Coordinates daily supply inventory and submits orders to manager; assists with receipt of deliveries.
- Completes cleaning according to daily and weekly schedules, including dishwashing as needed.
- Contributes to daily, holiday, and theme menus in collaboration with management.
- Participates in and/or contributes to programs, committees, or projects designed to improve quality of service and customer experience.
We offer a casual working environment in a very central area with great transportation connections. The working hours are variable and shift based. We offer uniforms and employee access to our facilities. Additional bonuses and generous incentives are tied to performance and revenue targets. Potential to substantially exceed base salary with good performance is high.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Minimum one (1) year of relevant experience (ideally including beverage preparation); candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply as training can be provided (we are willing to send you on a course!)
- Strong oral communication skills and customer service focused
