Job description:
The primary responsibility will be to provide technical support for Pavco metal finishing products.
· Stay current with technical aspects of all Pavco products. Keep Up to date for Functional, Decorative Plating as well as other Coatings Group as and when required
· Provide technical support to All Pavco customers in Asia
· Provide routine activity reports to immediate supervisor as required.
· Training to Distributors and Customers
Laboratory Testing and working on Parameters to suit Asia Market
· On line testing in Singapore lab, overseas customers Lab and Pilot Line
· Work with USA Team on Bringing in New Products from Laboratory to On Site Trial.
· Analysis of Customer Bath as and when required.
· Any other Jobs may be given from time to time by your superiors
Travelling is required and on short notice
Electroplating Enviroment may not be clean
Alot of Handon work is required
Installation can take from 2 weeks to more then 1 month Per Trip
