We pride ourselves on delivering excellence and innovation. We are currently seeking a detailed-oriented and dedicated Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team.


Job Description:

  • Accurately input financial data into accounting software and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate invoice entry and payment.
  • Assist in reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts monthly.
  • Generate financial reports and statements for review by management.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Provide support during audits and assist in the preparation of audit schedules.

Job Requirements:

  • 3 - 4 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on data entry and full set accounts.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, MYOB , Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
