Job Description:
- Accurately input financial data into accounting software and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate invoice entry and payment.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts monthly.
- Generate financial reports and statements for review by management.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Provide support during audits and assist in the preparation of audit schedules.
Job Requirements:
- 3 - 4 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on data entry and full set accounts.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, MYOB , Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
