Admin Assistant for Construction Company

Pk Engineering Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties.
  • Handles incoming calls and emails.
  • Filing and printing of documents, invoices, etc.
  • Generating invoices and reports
  • Ad hoc admin jobs assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Strong sense of initiative and responsibility
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills – can speak and write good English
  • With good working attitude
  • Able to start work immediately, or with short notice
  • Working hours: Mondays to Fridays – 9am to 6pm
  • Location : Ubi
