Senior Art Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Art Teacher to join our team. This role requires a creative individual who is enthusiastic about teaching and inspiring students through art. You will play a crucial role in shaping the artistic skills and creativity of our students, ranging from senior primary to secondary levels. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that align with both student learning objectives and our company’s goals.


Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct art lessons professionally, tailored to each student’s learning objectives.

- Plan and organize art-related activities in line with the company’s objectives.

- Maintain ongoing communication with parents, providing feedback on their child’s progress.

- Create a supportive and conducive environment that enhances learning.

- Plan, organize, and exhibit student artwork in art exhibitions.

- Demonstrate and teach techniques in activities such as drawing and painting.

- Understand and teach the versatility of paints, including techniques like dry brushing, staining, layering, underpainting, and monoprinting.

- Instruct students on the fundamentals and various approaches to drawing media techniques.

- Execute lesson plans that cater to different learning objectives.


Qualifications & Experience:

- A minimum diploma or degree in fine arts, design, or a related field.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels.

- A genuine passion for teaching art.

- A strong sense of responsibility and excellent people management skills.

- Team-oriented and capable of working collaboratively with colleagues.

- Comfortable working with children and communicating with parents.

- Proven track record and an impressive art portfolio.

- Strong organizational skills.

- Experience in art teaching or a related field is preferred.

- Ability to work on weekends is required.

- Proficiency in English; bilingual abilities are an advantage for communicating with diverse stakeholders.
