We are looking for Photographer with 3 to 5 years of photography experience to join our Creative Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing quality images at seminars, training sessions, awards ceremonies, and other corporate events. This role requires knowledge in post-processing, archiving, and organising photos to support our marketing and communication efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Photography: Capture professional, high-resolution photographs at company events including seminars, training sessions, awards ceremonies, and other corporate functions. Ensure images reflect the professionalism and branding of the company.
- On-Site Management: Work efficiently to document key moments, speakers, and interactions. Adapt to different lighting conditions and event dynamics to capture the best possible images.
- Post-Processing: Edit and retouch photos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. Ensure all images meet high-quality standards and align with the company's visual style.
- Archiving and Organization: Manage and organize photo archives systematically. Create and maintain an accessible and well-organized digital library for current and future use.
- Stakeholders and Team Interaction: Collaborate with creative team and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. Provide timely updates and address any special requests.
- Delivery: Prepare and deliver final edited images in various formats as required, including digital files and printed materials. Ensure timely delivery to meet event deadlines.
- Creative Input: Provide creative input for compositions, poses, and themes to enhance the quality and impact of event photography. Suggest improvements or new ideas for visual content.
- Equipment Maintenance: Regularly check, clean, and maintain photography equipment. Report any technical issues or needed repairs to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional photography experience, preferably with a focus on corporate and event photography.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, a variety of lenses, and lighting equipment. Knowledge in studio lighting is a plus but not required. Advanced skills in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to archive and organize large volumes of photos efficiently. Familiarity with digital asset management systems is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders, colleagues, and event attendees.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and composition, ensuring high-quality and accurate representation of company events.
- Flexibility: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasionally travel as required by event schedules.
