The Front Desk Associate is the first point of contact for our associates, visitors and clients, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support to the office. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting Visitors: Welcome and assist all visitors in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Mail and Deliveries: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
- Customer Service: Address client and visitor inquiries, providing information and resolving issues promptly.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and update visitor logs, appointment schedules, and other relevant records.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a customer service role is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
