Responsibilities:
- Ensure proficiency and effectiveness in managing day to day operations of the Finance team, the full spectrum of the accounting functions (AP, AR, GL) and project functions to ensure timely and accurate preparation of statutory and monthly management reporting.
- Ensure the timely completion of statutory accounts, financial statements, tax obligations, and other compliance matters.
- Working closely with Commercial team to ensure accuracy of data, smooth operations, and timely escalations of issues to the Finance Manager.
- Manage and control all receivables and payables in a timely and effective manner.
- Preparation of quarterly GST submissions and annual corporate income tax filings with tax agent.
- Conduct annual/periodic Fixed assets stock take and assets verifications.
- Manage, improve, and develop financial accounts procedures and administration in compliance with company’s policies.
- Liaising with internal and external auditors, tax agents and corporate secretary to ensure timely completion of audits, tax filing, accounts, and corporate matters. Assist on the preparation of audit related schedules and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accountancy with minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity, preferably with audit experience.
- Knowledgeable in accounting principles and practices, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Knowledgeable in Project Accounting.
- Salary for experience candidates will be considered based on the years of experience and our internal salary structure

Variable Bonus up to 6 Month depending on individual and company performance - Working hours: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm / 8.30 to 5.30 pm / 9.00 am to 6.00 pm / 9.30 am to 6.30pm / 10.00am to 7.00pm
- Working days: Monday to Friday (1 day work from home per week)
- Annual Leave: 14 days up to 17 days for non-executive (Assistant Engineer and below)
