Key Responsibilities:

Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop optimized solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements Analysis:
Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
Documentation:
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Solution Development: Leverage your expertise to design and implement solutions that enhance the project experience and drive business success.
Qualifications:
Expert proficiency in Business Process Design.
Master proficiency in Requirements Analysis.
Proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools.
Familiarity with Fenergo project Lifecycle Management Solution.
Knowledge of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the financial services industry or related sectors.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Experience with process automation tools and technologies.
