Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hour
Work Type: 11-Month Contract
Salary: Up to $ 3,300 per month
What you will be working on?
- Extracting and interpreting approved building/floor plans and decisions in various formats, including Building Information Modelling (BIM), CAD, and PDF environment.
- Data entry on property information via Microsoft Suites (e.g. Excel) and other appropriate software.
- Operating GIS software (ArcGIS Pro) for data linking and cleaning as and when needed.
- Filing and organising documents in an electronic database.
- Maintaining the accuracy of database.
- Reporting and liaising with supervisor(s) for progress tracking.
- Working and discussing in a team environment.
What are we looking for?
- Singaporean only
- Minimum A-Level or Diploma in Architecture, Urban and Regional Planning, Building engineering, or real estate related fields.
- Data entry for building and architecture projects is advantageous.
