Job Description:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided scripts and leads.
- Introduce and explain our products/services to potential customers.
- Answer questions and address concerns of potential customers.
- Persuade customers to purchase products/services or to schedule a meeting with a sales representative.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle rejection in a positive manner and remain motivated to make calls throughout the day.
- Provide feedback on call scripts and customer responses to help improve our processes.
Qualifications:
- Polytechnic diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales, marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
