Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to oversee the development and deployment of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud solutions. In this role, you will ensure that solutions are aligned with project requirements and industry best practices while providing technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address technical challenges, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of projects.
Solution Enablement:
Oversee the development and deployment of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with project requirements and industry best practices.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and address technical challenges, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
Technical and Functional Expertise:
Leverage your Salesforce techno-functional knowledge to guide solution development.
Apply your understanding of Telco Enterprise B2B ordering and fulfilment journeys to design effective solutions.
Utilize your knowledge of Telco fixed-line connectivity products (e.g., Ethernet, VPN, Optical Fibre connectivity) to enhance project outcomes.
Demonstrate functional knowledge of Telco Order Management Systems capabilities.
Business Process Design:
Participate in the design of business processes to ensure alignment with technical solutions.
Lead UI/UX wireframe design efforts to create user-friendly interfaces.
Communication and Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, presenting complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Skills and Experience Required:
Primary Skill:
Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud with a deep understanding of its application in business process automation.
Technical and Functional Knowledge:
Salesforce techno-functional experience (2+ years).
Knowledge of Telco Enterprise B2B ordering and fulfilment journeys.
Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Familiarity with Telco fixed-line connectivity products (e.g., Ethernet, VPN, Optical Fibre connectivity).
Functional knowledge of Telco Order Management Systems.
Additional Skills:
Experience in business process design.
Strong UI/UX wireframe design skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to lead and mentor a technical team.
