RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multimedia content projects, including video series, podcasts, webinars, and live events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including editorial, design, marketing, and sales, to develop content concepts and strategies that resonate with the target audience.
- Manage all aspects of production, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and vendor relationships, to ensure projects are completed on timeand within budget.
- Provide creative direction and guidance to content producers, hosts, and contributors to maintain consistency in style, tone, and messaging.
- Oversee the production process from pre-production (concept development, scripting) through post-production (editing, sound design, graphics) to ensure the final product meets quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in multimedia content production to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Manage distribution and promotion strategies to maximize the reach and impact of content across various platforms and channels.
- Monitor audience feedback, performance metrics, and engagement data to inform content decisions and optimize future productions.
- Mentor and coach junior members of the production team, fostering their professional growth and development.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Journalism, or a related field. Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience as a Producer, Senior Producer, or similar role, with at least 5 years of experience in multimedia content production, preferably in a digital media or broadcasting environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in producing high-quality video, audio, and multimedia content from concept to completion.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative and inclusive approach.
- Deep understanding of storytelling principles, audience engagement tactics, and content distribution strategies.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition), and other multimedia production tools.
- Familiarity with digital content platforms, social media channels, and audience analytics tools.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and provide constructive feedback.
- Passion for business, finance, and current affairs, with a keen interest in staying abreast of industry developments and trends.
