HRIS Manager
- Ability to effectively manage relationships with multiple vendors to ensure that HRIS meets the organisation needs, stays up-to-date, and performs reliably.
- Ability to manage vendors to mitigate risk, control cost and ensuring vendors comply with Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Overseeing the end-to-end procurement activities, including putting up approval papers for the appointment of new vendors or/and procurement of new systems.
- Coordinate and plan regular meetings with vendors to ensure deliverables are met.
- Monitor and assess vendor performance to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with the SLA/contract terms.
- Working with both internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirement and drive the planning, development, testing and implementation.
- Identifying opportunities for automation within all aspects of HR processes
- Driving regular review and support implementation of HR system upgrades / patches and new projects when required
- Evaluating and implementing tools to help maintain data integrity.
- Staying updated and abreast on trends in HR technologies
- Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
- Planning and tracking of HRIS budgets across multiple vendors to support the annual budgeting cycle
- Serve as subject matter expert on system issues and provide recommendations / solutions as required to support the smooth-running of HR operations.
- Ensure the user adoption of the new platform and conduct user training for HR staff / administrator, when required.
- Ensure system/services are in compliance with professional standard, legal and regulatory requirements related to labour law, data protection, recordkeeping and reporting standards.
- Support the review, testing and deployment for new system initiatives / enhancement and changes due to (i) statutory requirements & (ii) process improvements
- Participate in periodic meeting with Vendors to discuss on system-wide changes / enhancements raised by clusters and review the impact all entities hosted in HRIS system.
- Proactively identify new trends and technologies for process enhancement & improve efficiency of HR functions.
- System account management and tracking of all system related cost (i.e., hosting fees, licensing cost). Perform bi-annual audit on system access.
- Ensure proper documentations of all system requirements / changes and integration specifications.
- Review and refine the user access framework to comply with audit/IT security requirement.

- Possess at least a degree in any discipline
- minimally 7 years of experience in a similar capacity is preferred
