Scope:
- Oversee the residents on a daily basis
- Able to establish appropriate and guiding relationships with residents and be good role models
- To be attentive and look into the well-being of residents by being available and accountable for their whereabouts when on duty
- To motivate and actively engage residents to a higher level of behavioral performance and development
- To provide close supervision and maintain discipline in accordance with the daily programmes
- Ensure all records, documentations and correspondence are updated promptly and filed accordingly
- Ensure the safety and security of premises
- Ad hoc related duties as assigned/ Projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Pyschology/Business
- Able to work shift hours as rostered - 44 hours/week
- Team player
