Responsibilities:
Facility Maintenance and Management:
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for all facility equipment and systems.
• Oversee facility renovations and construction projects.
• Manage facility utilities (electricity, water, gas) and ensure optimal usage.
Safety and Security:
• Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Manage emergency preparedness plans and conduct drills.
Team Management:
• Supervise and lead a team of facility maintenance personnel.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
• Set performance goals and conduct performance reviews.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate facility records and documentation.
• Prepare reports on facility performance and maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- Preferably at least Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering or related course
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience in building/ facilities servicing and maintenance within the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety regulations, compliance standards and facility management software and tools.
- Open for rotate working days.
