Job Descriptions
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Create and update cocktail menu, including signature drinks
- Maintain bar inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Comply with food and beverage regulations and health standards
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with patrons
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system
- Assist in training new bar staff
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for food and drink pairings
- Monitor customers' alcohol consumption for responsible service
- Assist in setting up and closing down the bar
- Contribute to the overall atmosphere and experience of Filo Bistro
Job Requirements
- At least 1-2 years ecperience as a bartender.
