Role: Sales Manager – South East Asia
Location: Singapore
Job Description
• Will be working for APAC focusing Southeast Asia geography.
• Manage pipeline against Target and responsible for acquisition of net new accounts.
• Sourcing and qualifying Global ERP ( Microsoft/Infor) Package Solutions Sales (MS Dynamics F&O and BC/ Infor LN/WMS/EAM) opportunities with companies currently not served by the firm.
• Special focus on Business Development/End to End Sales process of Infor (ERP, WMS,EAM)/Digital transformation solutions (Cloud)/ Microsoft CSP business model for O365, Azure, Power BI and CRM
• Responsible for executing the sales plan and process, strategy including coordination of all necessary internal and external resources to best position the firm to secure the business.
• Lead Generation and Identifying new prospects/qualify and convert
• Working with the Pre-Sales Solution Consultant/other cross-functional team to construct a demonstration of our core business application solutions and propose best possible solutions.
• Prior experience in developing relationships with Technology Channel Partners Microsoft/Infor.
• Ability to actively participate in the proposal and Statement of Work creation process.
• Actively working with networking contacts, professional affiliations, industry groups and related Centers of Influence.
• Support/meeting prospects, Partners, Principals, Directors and Senior Managers in cross-selling additional services to existing clients where appropriate.
• Work closely with local and national marketing resources to develop effective, targeted go-to-market plans for the industry teams they support.
• Experience leveraging a CRM/BI tool for report generation and sales tracking.
• Travel is required (local and Overseas when appropriate).
Qualifications
• Master’s Degree (MBA preferred in Sales and Marketing)
• 8 - 12 years of experience in software/solutions field sales in SEA
• Experience in Microsoft/ ERP/Infor LN /Digital solution Sales
• Leadership/management skills
