- Ability to draft professional email respond back to customers
- Have experience dealing with email correspondence thus requiring little to no supervision in vetting through the composed email
- Familiar with excel (lookup, pivot table, graph) to generate reports
- Effectively bilingual (English / Chinese) - mainly English and Chinese-speaking callers
- 5.5 days (44 hours per week)
- Mon to Fri : 11.30am to 8.30pm (hours may be adjusted for leave coverage)
- Sat : 8.30am to 1pm
- Location : Kaki Bukit
