Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the 3PL Logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Customer Service Executive to join their Airfreight Operations team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily assessible.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all export-related inquiries.
- Coordinate with shippers for collection and export tasks.
- Work with sales and destination offices for air approvals and rate agreements.
- Collaborate with the finance team for COD payments and credit limit issues.
- Coordinate with Vendor Management for collection arrangements.
- Work with Air Freight Planner on flight schedules.
- Liaise with the import team for re-export shipments.
- Handle export permit applications with the Permit Department.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for cargo handling, including acceptance, release, sorting, and packing.
- Manage external vendors for DG packing, crating, and fumigation services.
- Provide shipping instructions to the export operations team.
- Support the Manager with daily operations, team queries, departmental projects, and new account setups.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma with 1 - 2 years in Air Freight Operations experience
