Job Description:
- Be responsible to support day-to-day operations in warehouse by performing monitor and coordinate with delivery personnel on job to be done.
- Handle & liaise all customers' enquiries timely and effectively.
- Stocktaking activities and inventory with proper documentation control.
- Handle billing, costings and ensure prompt invoicing to customers & system.
- To handle customer's order through system and coordinate with warehouse to perform job required.
- To keep all customer records and documents orderly filed and stored ensuring easy access and traceability.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in freight, supply chain or logistics.
- Required language(s): English.
- Team player with sense of urgency
- Able to manage heavy workflow efficiently and well-organized.
- Knowledgeable in Warehouse Management System.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently and initiative.
- Able to start work immediately.
- 5-day work week.
