Job Descriptions & Responsibilities
For hiring
- To co-ordinate with operations department for manpower requisition.
- To plan and arrange for recruitment drive.
- To handle recruitment - Placing job advertisements, attend to walk-in applicants, schedules for interview from all area (on-site, outdoor and office).
- To complete the whole hiring process.
- To fill up job order form from various agencies, halfway houses, e2i, yellow ribbon, as well as making contact to get job seeker refer to us.
- To conduct outdoor recruitment.
For Operations
- To monitor the attendance and movement of relief workers.
- To assist in deployment of relief workers.
- To record and consolidate relief workers attendance.
- To discuss on manpower movement for new projects.
For General HR matter ( as and when needed)
- To assist in general HR administration paperwork.
- To attend to any queries / clarifications pertaining to HR matters.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years working experience in cleaning industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels of staff.
- Able to work in fast pace environment.
- Able to multi-task with strong office administration skills.
