Job Scope:
- Be a part of the cross-functional team to support the delivery of quality and clinical care to patients
- Ensure smooth daily operations and implementation of new initiatives such as Healthier SG, Social Prescribing and Age Well SG
- Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the daily clinic operations and drive service excellence
- Responsible to identify areas of improvements and drive continuous developments and spread good practices across other clinics
- Coaching, nurturing and inspiring the clinic operation staff in their continuous learning and career development
- Oversee administrative activities including staff scheduling, patient flow and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members across other workgroups, focusing on manpower planning, training and development, digital and service transformation, emergency planning etc
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- A recognised Degree in any discipline
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidate with experience in operations in healthcare sector and/or service industry will be an added advantage
