- Working hour: Shift depending on the clinic
- (44 hours/week, 6 days/week, at least 2 evening shifts per week, at least one weekend shift per week)
Our client operates in the healthcare industry, providing medical services.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient care and clinical duties with a customer-oriented and efficient approach.
- Manage registration, payments, and any other tasks assigned by your supervisor.
- Provide administrative support across all operational and patient care activities.
- Assist with dispensing, clinical matters, sterilizing equipment, and creating and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Handle drug administration duties, including stock monitoring, ordering, and maintenance.
- Perform clinic housekeeping duties and establish good rapport and strong relationships with patients and corporate clients, ensuring their requirements are met.
- Monitor stationery, medical supplies, furniture, and equipment at the clinic.
- Follow up on investigations, X-rays, medical reports, and client requests.
- Maintain service and professional standards.
- Handle general inquiries and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a GCE N or O Level, or an ITE certificate.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the healthcare or medical industry is required.
- Prior experience in medicine dispensing is preferred.
- PC/computer literacy and the ability to work efficiently are essential.
- Service-oriented with a good team player attitude.
