Our client is a healthcare provider in Singapore that focuses on enhancing patient care through support and technology while reducing administrative burdens on doctors.
Responsibilities:
Perform support duties to ensure the smooth operation of clinics and adherence to established procedures, including:
- Daily maintenance of clinic facilities and assets
- Handling incoming calls and correspondence, and responding to inquiries as needed
- Maintaining office filing systems and databases
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity in all records
Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with ship crews, agents, and transporters to ensure smooth medical operations, including:
- Coordinating and facilitating the movement of crew members and doctors between vessels, agents, and clinics
- Providing customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
Ensure proper account management, including:
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and service agreements
- Collaborating with the finance team to generate invoices and statements of account
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec qualification.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to carry out ship boarding duties.
- Willingness to be on standby after office hours to support maritime medical services.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
