As a HR recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for being the liaison for both candidate and client.
It involves business development and networking to attract business from client companies, and reviewing applications for the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates recruitment process.
- Manage the full spectrum of the recruitment processes such as screening of candidates, negotiating remuneration packages to meet client and candidate expectations.
- Take ownership in business development and marketing activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Stay abreast of market trends to anticipate talent management trends, providing competitive recruitment solutions to clients ahead of others.
- Connect with both active and passive candidates to build strong pipelines by strategically utilising external and internal databases.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Business / Human Resource
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
