Senior QS – (Post Contract & Claims)
- Plan and advise management on contractual matters, progress payments, variation claims with subcontractor and client till end of contract
- Handle progress interim payment, claims applications and variation orders
- Prepare VO claims letter & submission to Consultant
- Manage claims to minimal, resolving disputes, assessing entitlement for extension of time and loss/expense claim.
- Negotiating and agreeing the valuation of construction, variations and/or final account.
- Assess and prepare payment claims to client and coordinate with submitting invoices
- Assess and prepare payment responses to consortium, subcontractors and others to ensure in compliance with SOP act
- Ensure that all contractual notices are issued in accordance with the conditions of contract
- Handle contract administration and settlement of final accounts with Clients and Subcontractors
Requirements :
- Degree holder with more than 10 years of international working experience on high value projects
- Familiar with FIDIC Contract - Cost Claims. i.e. prepare, review and consolidate contemporary records. communication skills, good team working skills.
- Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
