Our client is a healthcare provider in Singapore that focuses on enhancing patient care through support and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Primarily focused on building and sustaining long-term relationships with our existing corporate and maritime clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate and maritime clients by serving as their primary point of contact, addressing their needs and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction, and identifying potential issues early.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts by collaborating with clients to develop corporate healthcare solutions that meet their evolving needs, including upselling or cross-selling additional services based on a deep understanding of Company's unique offerings.
- Actively manage and track the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing and contracting, ensuring an up-to-date sales pipeline and a disciplined approach to client relationship management.
- Oversee the smooth and timely delivery of commercial projects, from deployment planning to on-the-ground execution, by coordinating closely with internal teams such as operations, procurement, technology, finance, and HR.
- Support the acquisition of new clients by partnering with the Chief Corporate Development Officer to engage and cultivate potential accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in business development, sales operations, or a similar role, ideally within the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and crafting successful commercial strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and sustain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Familiarity with the maritime sector and its health and safety regulations is an advantage.
