Accounts Assistant

Job Description

  • Posting of outlet sales
  • Reconcile POS reports to sales collection
  • Compile GTO submission
  • Posting of AP invoices and credit notes.
  • Preparation of payment.
  • Process petty cash claims.
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

  • Data entry skills
  • Experience in F&B industry
  • Able to cope with tight deadlines
  • Experience in Excel and Xero preferred
