Job Scope:
- To carry out full-time site supervision as RTO as required under the Building Control Act & Regulations
- Contract period is 35 month to cover the construction of an mega warehouse development at Tuas Terminal
- Design & Build contract. Contract start date: Tentatively Oct 2024
- Only 1 RTO position to be filled
Remunerations:
- In addition to monthly salary, AWS will be provided upon 12th month & 24th month of service
- 3 months of gratuity will be provided upon completion of project.
- Overtime allowance povided but capped at a reasonable limit. Details to be discussed
Job Requirements:
- With valid RTO certificate issued by IES
- Minimum 5 years working experience in building works supervision
