Position: Logistics Executive (Work on 1 Sat) - CK
Job Description
- Prepare and manage large volume of shipping documentations (Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Orders and Airway Bill) by stipulated daily schedules to facilitate outbound shipment delivery to customers
- Ensure all shipping documents are accurate, complete and comply with industry regulations and Company standards
- Coordinate import shipment documentations with forwarders for timely transportation to Warehouse
- Act as the main point of contact with regards to any shipping enquiries and
work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of daily operations - Investigate and resolve any issues or problems relating to discrepancies, shipment delays or damages
- Recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the shipment goods management process
- Perform data analysis work and prepare operation management reports
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics Management or relevant discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant logistics experience in handling import & export shipping documentation
- Must be well versed in processing standard shipping & business documents & their terminology
- Proficient in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
