Job Summary:
- 5 days work week, office hours
- Mon to Thu: 830am to 6pm, Fri: 830am to 5:30pm
- Location: Macpherson, company transport provided
- Basic up to $3000 + AWS + VB
Job Responsibilities:
1. Act as the main contact for customers, carriers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, managing customer orders, documentation, and coordinating transport bookings based on routing and service levels.
2. Oversee transport activities to ensure they adhere to work standards and instructions, promptly addressing any supply chain disruptions or incidents and keeping supervisors and stakeholders informed.
3. Track and update milestones, investigate data inconsistencies, and follow up on missing events to ensure accurate and timely information.
4. Contribute to reporting, reviews, and KPI analysis, suggesting improvements and assisting with supplier on-boarding to meet global standards and compliance requirements.
5. Support process changes, act as a backup for supervisors, facilitate the training of new staff and suppliers, and help in updating work instructions and best practices.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Logistics/supply chain
