- Pull, consolidate and organise monthly financial reports (related to service costs) by extracting and defining relevant information
- Support and co-ordinate with various stakeholders to prepare data/report for service repair cost forecasting/budgeting activities for analysis on a timely basis
- Participate/support projects under strict timelines
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business/Statistics/Mathematics/Accounting/Finance/Computing
- Minimum 1 year’s work experience with statistical reporting and data analytical skill
- Knowledge/experience in Microsoft Excel macros, Forecasting/ Planning tool, Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with pivot tables lookup
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy
- Possess a demonstrated sense of urgency with the ability to perform well under pressure
- Possess good communication with different stakeholders
- Pro-active team player who is able to perform tasks that requires meticulous attention to detail
