- Work location: Tampines North
- Working hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30am - 6pm
- Salary: up to $4000 (Depending on experiences)
- Looking for candidates with experience in handling at least 500 headcounts
Job duties
Supporting the Payroll Manager, you will handle the full spectrum of payroll function (around 1400 Headcounts) and ensure accurate and timely administration of pay.
- Process monthly payroll including overtime, allowance, no-pay leave, claims, statutory and other employee payments
- Submit NS make-up pay, maternity and childcare leave claims
- Prepare overpayment recovery letters to resigned staff to claim overpayment due to resignation
- Prepare monthly payroll journals, reports, accruals & cost charging to Finance
- Prepare and send out electronic payslips
- Handle tax clearance submission, monthly CPF submission & annual income tax submission
- Participate and support HR/Payroll Projects
- Handle staff enquiries on payroll matters
Requirements
- Polytechnic diploma / University Degree in relevant field.
- Preferably to have experience in handling high volume before.
- Good time management, good analytical skills, detailed-oriented and pro-activeness
- Task and results oriented, and a good team player
