Responsibilities
- Knowledge of building services such as air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, water supply, sanitation, gas supply, fire protection, and other mechanical installations will be advantages.
- Prepare detailed mechanical tender & authority submission drawings.
- Preparation and (e)Submission of amendment plans drawings to authorities
- Assist on BIM execution plan
- Creation of 3D model content/model using specified design tools
- Integrating various engineering design software with BIM modelling software
- Proficient in generative design using BIM or other engineering software
- Work Coordination with teams of other disciplinary as well as mentor junior staff
- Any assigned ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Competent in REVIT or BIM
- Possesses good interpersonal skills for coordination and collaboration in a multi-disciplinary team.
