(1) Service Technician (Home Appliances)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Provides after-sales technical service on the breakdown, troubleshooting and repair of home appliances (Fridge, Washing Machine, Wine Chiller, etc)
2) Attend to walk-in customers for technical support
3) Handle customers’ enquiries on technical issues
4) Follow up on outstanding issues in a timely manner
5) Spare parts ordering and control
KEY REQUIREMENTS
1) NITEC/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/Air-conditioning & Refrigeration
2) Knowledge & skills in refrigerators, washing machines and other home appliances servicing and repairs
3) Team player, Trustworthy, Customer-oriented and Attention to detail
4) Process class 3 driving licence
5) Computer skills with MS Office applications knowledge
