Our client, an International Trading Company, is looking for an Admin Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upkeep of office facilities, including the reception area, conference/meeting rooms, and pantry
  • Assist with any face-to-face, telephone and email inquiries
  • Maintain and update the company’s mailing list, internal phone directories, and other administrative databases
  • Organize and manage the filing system for documents
  • Coordinate management’s calendars and appointments with office vendors, suppliers, and contractors
  • Assist with business travels such as visa applications, insurance, claims, flights, hotel accommodations, and dining arrangements
  • Prepare company gifts and assist with Company DND and research
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar capacity
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Meticulous and organised individual
