Key Objectives:
1. Promote existing and new products to contractors and builders
2. Identify new opportunities, drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Responsibilities:
- Sales and Promotion: Introduce new products and promote existing ones and follow up on technical specifications and sales leads
- Customer Engagement: Prepare submissions and presentations for customers & Conduct regular site visits, attend site mock-ups, and meetings independently
- Technical Support: Provide technical follow-up on project sales & Recommend new solutions, support, training, and troubleshooting to customers
- Relationship Management: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients & Serve as the main point-of-contact for clients
- Account Management: - Monitor and ensure prompt customer collections
- Prepare Monthly Sales Report to management team
- Market Intelligence: - Stay current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors & Identify service and product improvements
Requirements
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the dealing with contractors & architects.
- Good Knowledge & Experience with marketing Waterproofing, Grouting, and Tile Adhesives product range.
- Proven ability to independently conduct site trade demo and attend to Technical Meeting on site.
- Good inter-personal & communication skill to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- High energy level and creativity.
- Passionate and positive, can-do attitude, aggressive, proactive and good self-discipline is the key.
- Good Presentation, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills
