You will be working with our client who specialises in the healthcare and technology space.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Submitting invoices via system for progress claims, renovation deposit etc
- Proper filling of documents for Project
- Attend to project meeting matter - minute taking / record important issue discussed, etc
- To man Reception as and when required
- Escort vendors for maintenance services to be carried out within Synapxe offices
- Carry out Safe Management Officer’s duty to ensure compliance
- To assist in administrative matters, such as the sourcing of services/product/equipment etc and put up paper for purchase. eg. office snacks/fruits/coffee beans, stationery, etc
- Assist and managing offsite storage / shredding request
- Assist in housekeeping of archived security access cards and photo IDs.
- Updating of key/lockers management system, eg updating of record for issuing of keys or lockers
- Any other admin/facilities related duties
Experiences
- Prior experiences as a contract administrator is a plus
- Past experiences providing secretariat support would be advantageous
- Well-versed in MS excel, MS word and MS outlook
