RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing incoming indent and event orders form
- HANA/SAP which includes creating of quotation, creation and upload of sales order, create purchase requisition order, buyer portal ordering
- Manage and liaise with contractor on the servicing and upkeeping of kitchen equipments, exhuast, pest control, grease trap etc.
- Updating weekly sales and foodcost on excel spreadsheet
- Preparing of slides for weekly meeting
- Updating HSE bi-weekly report
- Checking and ensuring that the monthly GTO report is correct
- Printing and updating of all event order sales and indent
- Compliation of billing summary and purchase orders
- Attend weekly coordination meeting
- Liaising with internal and external client and maintaing a good relationship with them
- Any other duties assigned by superior
- SAP experience is a plus

- Working hours: 5 days per week, 8.30am - 5.30pm
